30-day returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to return
Email us at hello@birchbracken.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and a return label. Return shipping is paid by you: the cost of the label is deducted from your refund. Returns of faulty or wrong items are free (see below).
Refunds
Once the return is received at the returns facility, we refund the item price, less the return label cost, to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
Wrong size
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order in the size you need. Each product page lists the garment measurements to help you choose.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for the return.
Your consumer rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer laws of your country, including the consumer guarantees in Australia and New Zealand. Nothing here limits those rights.
